Our partnership has successfully seen delivery of sensors at the Black Bull Retreat, which has 24 lodges near Bridlington and Yorkshire. The project has created significant savings in energy consumption for offline lodges, customers’ wellbeing and a cost-effective maintenance programme.

Smart sensors were installed in dwellings to ensure tenants were receiving heat after temporary boilers were installed.
